All student information is housed in secure, encrypted environments. No loose papers, no open spreadsheets. Just safety.

RETENTION

We keep your data only as long as you're active with our studio. Once you hang up the shoes (we hope you don't!), you can request deletion.

OPT-OUT

Don't want your fancy footwork on our TikTok? Just let the front desk know. We respect your stage fright.

COMMS

We only send emails you actually want. Schedules, event invites, and maybe a discount code for some new patent leather heels.

Visual Privacy

Ballroom dancing is a visual art. We often capture photography and videography during our group classes and studio showcases to celebrate your progress. It's part of the community vibe we nurture at Coral Cadence Dance Studio.
